The Game Plan

This is when we get to know each other!! We’ll hop on Zoom to talk about your love story, your wedding vision and which wedding collection best suits your one-of-a-kind day!!

1. Zoom Date

This is my way of getting nitty gritty details! Think: contact info, shot list for family photos, etc. You’ll find a small one in your inbox right after booking & a big one about three months out from your wedding.

2. questionnaire(s)

I use that big questionnaire to create a detailed photography timeline which will be used the day of your wedding to make we don't miss any important moments. We'll go over this together!

3. timeline creation

THIS IS IT!!! I will be floating all over the place, documenting one of the most important days of your life in the most beautiful way possible. If you need anything (including deodorant), I’m your gal.

4. wedding day

Yeeeeehaw!! I’ll send you sneak peeks within 3 days and the final online gallery within 6 weeks. You have full printing/posting rights, AND you can order prints right from the gallery itself!

5. sneak peek/gallery delivery

Wedding albums are such a great way to celebrate your love! I custom design albums & I'd love to work together to make sure your album tells the story of your magical day just how you remember it!!

For both the sneak peek and the full gallery, I'll email you a link to a private online gallery. It kind of acts like its own website. From there, you can favorite photos, hide photos from public view, share photos with others and even purchase prints in the online store connected to the gallery.

HOW DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

Yes! There is an online store attached to your gallery offering high quality prints, canvases, framed prints, metal prints, etc etc. If you have a special request for an extra large print, reach out to me separately and I will send you a specific file for printing.

CAN WE ORDER PRINTS?

Youuu bet!! I love working with couples to create tangible memories they can hold after their wedding. If you are interested in an album, please let me know as soon as possible so I can start designing while the wedding is still fresh in my mind! It is a collaborative process, meaning you will have final say over the final album design.

DO YOU DESIGN ALBUMS?

Yes!! You can add on things like extra hours (for sparkler exit coverage at the end of the night), engagement session, rehearsal dinner coverage, content creation, etc. We will chat more about this on our Zoom call or in-person consult chat!!
